How and when do I receive my gift voucher?
Once you’ve purchased, we’ll send your digital gift voucher and unique booking/print code straight to the email you provided—usually within 48 hours. Need it sooner? No worries! Just get in touch, and we’ll do our best to get it to you right away so you can surprise someone special without delay..
How do I use my gift voucher?
When you receive your gift voucher via email, you’ll get your a unique code. When booking a session or ordering prints, simply pop that code in during checkout, and the credit will be automatically applied to your order. It’s quick, easy.
Do gift vouchers expire?
Our gift vouchers are valid for a full 36 months from the date of purchase—plenty of time to plan the perfect photo session! If you run into any hiccups with booking, just give us a shout. We’re pretty easygoing around here and always happy to help make things simple.
Can I get a refund for my Gift Voucher?
We offer a full refund on your gift card within 7 days of purchase, with just a small 4% handling fee to cover our processing costs. After any amount of the voucher has been used, no refund can be given.
Can i check my balance?
Yes! You can check your gift voucher balance anytime. You can then use that balance towards anything on our website—whether it’s a session, prints, or a little bit of both!
